Return Process

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days.
